MEET THE ORS STAFF

Daniel Feinberg, M.D. is a musculoskeletal radiologist and founder of Orthopedic Radiology Specialists, a teleradiology company subspecializing in spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological imaging.

Dr. Feinberg received his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University and his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine. After completing his internship at Carney Hospital in Boston, he moved to New York, New York, where he completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Saint Vincent’s Hospital. His musculoskeletal radiology training culminated in a fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery, rated by US News as the Best Orthopedic Hospital. During his training, Dr. Feinberg was known for practicing the highest level of expertise and care, and contributed to research including MRI imaging of Total Joint Replacements and high-resolution MRI imaging of the Cartilage in joints.

Dr. Daniel Feinberg joined Miami’s Mount Sinai Medical Center Department of Radiology in 2008 as Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging. In this position, he advanced the musculoskeletal radiology department by consistently improving patient care through his expertise in musculoskeletal imaging reads and by creating MRI protocols that included faster MRI imaging to increase image quality. His overall attention to detail not only shows Dr. Feinberg’s dedication to giving the highest level of expertise and care when reading imaging studies for every patient, but also demonstrates his desire to enrich the evolving radiology profession.

Harry “Tate” Greditzer IV, M.D. attended the University of California at Santa Barbara as well as Bucknell University, where he played Division I Water Polo and was a member of the United States National Water Polo Team. He then completed a Master’s Degree, with an emphasis in research, at Saint Louis University, in anatomy & neurobiology, before attending medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Greditzer completed his radiology residency training, at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, in Miami, Florida.

Following residency, Dr. Greditzer completed two fellowships: first in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention and the second in musculoskeletal MRI, both at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York. HSS is a world leader in orthopedics and is ranked the No. 1 hospital in the country in the field. After fellowship, Dr. Greditzer became an Assistant Professor of Radiology & Imaging at HSS as well as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Dr. Greditzer is an accomplished researcher, with over 50 peer-reviewed publications and 4 book chapters in circulation. Dr. Greditzer currently serves on several research and education committees, including the Sports Medicine and Shoulder Service Clinical Review and Research Panel at HSS. He is an active member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM).

He also serves on the editorial board of the HSS Journal: The Musculoskeletal Journal of HSS and as a reviewer for several academic orthopaedic journals including the Journal of Sports Medicine (AJSM), Arthroscopy, and Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research (CORR).

Joshua Yellin, M.D. Joshua Yellin MD is one of the best orthopedic Radiologists in Jacksonville and founder of both Insite Radiology and Orthopedic Radiology Specialists. He completed his medical school training at the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. After medical school, he completed his residency training in diagnostic radiology at the Maricopa County Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ where he served as Chief Resident, and fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.

With more than a decade of experience in orthopedic radiology, Dr. Yellin has been entrusted with the care of professional athletes in the NFL, PGA, and NBA, and collegiate athletes from top-tier programs across the country. He specializes in high-resolution arthrography, cartilage and ligament imaging, and Multi-Parametric MRI of the prostate.   

Dr. Yellin has been a visiting professor in diagnostic radiology at the University of Hong Kong and has published multiple papers on MR and CT arthrography and prostate MRI.   

Shahzeb Niazi, D.O. is a board certified radiologist with expertise in advanced musculoskeletal imaging. He attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, Texas, and then earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Niazi completed an intensive two year orthopedic surgery internship/residency training at Saint Vicnent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, followed by residency in diagnostic radiology with advanced subspciality training as a Musculoskeletal Radiologist from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami.

He then served as the Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at Mount Sinai for two years where he was engaged in resident teaching and clinical work, and oversaw all musculoskeletal imaging services including imaging protocols. He was honored twice with the HEARTS (Healthcare excellence, Ethical behavior, Accountability, Respect and caring, Teamwork Service) award while at Mount Sinai for his commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Dr. Niazi's background in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal radiology makes him an excellent musculoskeletal/orthopedic radiologist. He has brought his passion for musculoskeletal imaging to Orthopedic Radiology Specialists where he is an integral part of our growing team.

He is an active member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American College of Radiology (ACR).

Dr. Niazi is a former division 1 collegiate tennis athlete, and in his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends.

Margaret Loh, MD is a graduate of the Chicago Medical School.  She received her residency training at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Stanford Hospital and University of California, San Francisco Medical Center.  Dr. Loh is a member of the American Board of Radiology and has completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the National Orthopedic Imaging Associates, located in San Francisco.  During her fellowship, she trained under Drs. David Stoller and Phillip Tirman, both luminaries in the field of orthopedic MRI.

After the completion of her fellowship, she returned to her former residency program to become the Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.  In this capacity, she had the opportunity to train radiology residents in the field of orthopedic imaging.

She has spent over a decade in private practice reading a high volume of orthopedic and cancer imaging. 

Dr. Loh is a mother of three and enjoys painting in her free time.

Nicholas M. Gutierrez, M.D. is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and is a board-certified radiologist with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention.

Dr. Gutierrez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, earning the distinction of summa cum laude and graduating with general honors.

Dr. Gutierrez completed residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and subsequently completed fellowship training at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Throughout his career, Dr. Gutierrez has had a research emphasis on orthopedic MRI and ultrasound-guided intervention; he is an author of multiple peer-reviewed publications.

In his spare time, Dr. Gutierrez prioritizes spending time with his family and enjoys weightlifting.

Dr. Jyotsna Kochiyil is an accomplished medical professional with a distinguished background in neuroradiology. Having completed her fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, she has honed her expertise in the intricate field of diagnostic imaging of the nervous system. Dr. Kochiyil's journey in the medical realm began in India, where she pursued her medical degree and undertook a residency in radiology, before ultimately making her mark in the United States.

Her pursuit of excellence led her to the renowned Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, where she completed her residency training. During this time, Dr. Kochiyil exhibited exceptional dedication, culminating in a dual certification in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine through the ABR 16-month pathway. This achievement speaks volumes about her commitment to continuous learning and mastery of her field.

Dr. Jyotsna Kochiyil's unwavering passion lies in the study of stroke and noninvasive angiography, areas that drive her to explore innovative techniques and contribute significantly to the advancement of medical science.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Kochiyil is a loving parent to a young son who recently turned one years old, and her family is rooted in the vibrant city of Miami. Embracing a well-rounded lifestyle, she enjoys the pleasures of reading books, listening to podcasts, and embarking on travel adventures that broaden her horizons and nurture her spirit.

As a dedicated physician, Dr. Jyotsna Kochiyil continuously endeavors to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients, pushing the boundaries of neuroradiology while maintaining a strong bond with her family and embracing the richness of life's experiences.

Dr Jérémie Karsenti D.O. is a graduate from NOVA Southeastern University College of osteopathic medicine and is a board certified diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty expertise in Neuro MRI and Emergency Radiology.

After completing a diagnostic radiology residency at University of Florida in Jacksonville, Dr. Karsenti completed a Neuroradiology fellowship at University of Miami, where he trained under the direct supervision of Dr. Robert Quencer and Dr. Judith Post, world renowned figures in the field of Neuroradiology.

Dr. Karsenti has experience reading high volumes of personal injury cases as well as emergency radiology cases for private practice with addition to regular exposure to some of the most cutting edge innovations in Artificial Intelligence.

In his free time, Dr Karsenti enjoys playing tennis.

Dedicated to advancing the field of diagnostic imaging, Dr. Christopher Pare stands as a distinguished radiologist at Orthopedic Radiology Specialists. With a comprehensive background in clinical practice, Dr. Pare specializes in Body/Emergency Imaging, contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. A graduate of the prestigious University of California San Diego Body Imaging Fellowship, Dr. Pare brings a wealth of expertise, coupled with a commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements.

Dr. Pare's professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence. Having completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Dr. Pare honed the skills required for providing complex Prostate and Body Imaging interpretation.

Further, Dr. Pare gained valuable experience as a General Radiologist at Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego and served as a Radiology House Officer at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Coral Gables.

Dr. Pare' is dedicated to education advocacy, leveraging a strong academic background that includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Biomedical Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Pare actively contributes to the medical community through insightful presentations and publications.

In his free time he enjoys exploring the world with his wife, indulging in their shared passion for hiking, immersing themselves in diverse cultures and cuisines, and making lasting memories together.

Dr. Alexandra Georges Jennings is a distinguished Radiologist specializing in Musculoskeletal and Breast Imaging. Driven by a passion for medical excellence, Dr. Georges completed her BA in Biology at Johns Hopkins University, followed by an MD from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. Her commitment to advancing medical knowledge is evident through her Residency in Radiology at University Hospital and Clinics, as well as Fellowships in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute and Breast Imaging at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.

Dr. Georges has made significant contributions to research, including a notable publication on Cooperative Learning in Radiology Reporting. Her early research experiences, serving as a Research Assistant to Dr. Ellen Binder and contributing to projects at Washington University and Johns Hopkins University, showcase her dedication to advancing medical understanding.

She has received accolades such as the Delivering the Difference Award for exceptional service and the David M. Witten Award for Outstanding Student in Radiology in 2002-2003. As medical director at RAYUS Radiology (CDI) for over 10 years she helped grow one of the largest musculoskeletal imaging practices in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Alexandra Georges Jennings embodies a commitment to excellence in the field of radiology, combining a stellar academic background with a passion for research and patient care. In her free time she enjoys traveling to her hometown in France and spending time with her family.


Dr. Richard Rezko has a diverse international background, having been born in Syria and later living in Argentina, Canada, and the United States. He is fluent in Arabic, Spanish, French, and English.
Dr. Rezko is deeply committed to providing exceptional radiology services in collaboration with our clinical teams.

Dr. Rezko attended the UIC College of Medicine and completed his Radiology Residency training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then pursued further specialization in Musculoskeletal Imaging/Intervention through a fellowship at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. Grateful for the opportunity to train at renowned institutions and learn directly from leading experts in the field, Dr. Rezko brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Orthopedic Radiology Specialists.

In his leisure time, Dr. Rezko is an avid runner and enjoys playing soccer and guitar. He also cherishes traveling with his wife and three children, enriching their lives with new experiences and perspectives.

Dr. Cuong Nguyen, DO, is a highly accomplished neuroradiologist with a deep commitment to patient care and a passion for diagnostic imaging. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011, laying the foundation for his exemplary medical career.

Dr. Nguyen went on to complete his diagnostic radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL, in 2016. During his residency, his exceptional clinical skills and dedication to his patients earned him the distinguished title of Resident of the Year for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Driven by a desire to specialize in neuroradiology, Dr. Nguyen pursued advanced training through a fellowship at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX, in 2017. Here, he further honed his expertise in interpreting complex neuroimaging studies and providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Nguyen finds joy in spending quality time with his family and friends. He embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities such as fishing and camping, as well as engaging in sports like tennis, ping pong, and pickleball. Additionally, Dr. Nguyen finds relaxation and creativity in playing the guitar, piano, and drums.


Dr. Arsalan Asad Siddiqui is a board-certified radiologist, specializing in musculoskeletal and spine teleradiology. His relentless pursuit of excellence makes him a valuable asset to our team and a trusted healthcare provider for those in need of musculoskeletal and spine imaging expertise.

Dr Siddiqui acquired his undergraduate degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, earning University Honors during various semesters. He then graduated with an M.D. with Distinction in Research from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. During medical school, he spent a summer as a research fellow at Yale School of Medicine, working on a project involving nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.

His professional journey then led him to Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, where he completed a combined internship in Internal Medicine followed by residency in Diagnostic Radiology, including one year as Chief Resident. He then completed a Musculoskeletal fellowship training at RadNet, deep-diving into musculoskeletal and spine imaging and honing his skills with arthrograms and steroid injections.

During residency and fellowship, Dr. Siddiqui spent many weekends moonlighting at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, providing preliminary interpretations of ER and inpatient studies, gaining valuable experience in pediatric imaging.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Siddiqui believes in the importance of health, wellness, exercise and intermittent fasting. He is experienced in various forms of martial arts, including a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Dr. Siddiqui also enjoys spending time with his family, listening to podcasts and audiobooks on various subjects, exploring new languages, and cheering for his hometown's NBA team, the San Antonio Spurs.


Micah Marie Johnson is the Director of Operations at Orthopedic Radiology Specialists and spearheads all PACS Initiatives. Micah works closely with our partners, radiologists and admin staff to identify and design efficient workflow processes.

As a natural problem solver, Micah's expertise is instrumental in the business by formulating and implementing collaborative strategies to ensure the utmost quality for all services provided by ORS. Micah oversees and coordinates the implementation of existing and new PACS participation and digital imaging initiatives, while also playing a pivotal role in marketing strategies.

Micah’s background includes being a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Leadership Miami program, and subsequently served as a group facilitator for the Spring 44 Cohort. Micah now holds a significant position as part of the Executive Planning Committee as Sessions Co-Chair for LM45. This program was developed with local universities and provides Miami’s leaders the opportunity to share an intensive learning experience focused on community issues in South Florida.

In addition to corporate achievements, Micah also serves as Executive Director for non-profit Miami Poetry Club,. Through this organization, she actively contributes to the establishment of Miami as a world-class American literary city by providing writers with a physical space for networking, free writing workshops, publishing opportunities, and engaging performance events.

Micah Marie Johnson's exceptional leadership, combined with her commitment to community development, makes her an invaluable asset to Orthopedic Radiology Specialists and the broader South Florida community.
